Casafy is operated by Whypes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and one-time purchases of the Casafy service.
Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds for renewals are also evaluated within 30 days of the renewal charge.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions where end-to-end compliance handling is enabled. To request a refund, contact Whypes support through your account and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund — see the eligibility window above.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.
